estrategia de uso, manejo y conservaci\u00f3n de \u00e1reas naturales en la Cadena Volc\u00e1nica Kaqchikel (CVK) mediante un enfoque de manejo integrado de cuenca sostenible y de paisajes resilientes, ante las amenazas socioecon\u00f3micas y del cambio clim\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ACTIVIDADES REALIZADAS:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Asesor\u00eda t\u00e9cnica y organizativa a los y las Chajinel (guardianes) y a las corporaciones municipales<\/li>\n<li>Elaboraci\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n coordinada de planes maestros en \u00e1reas comunitarias y astilleros municipales.<\/li>\n<li>Caracterizaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica comunitaria de los cuerpos de agua y los bosques en astilleros (cerros).<\/li>\n<li>Intercambios de experiencias entre los y las Chajinel en la CVK sobre gesti\u00f3n de los recursos naturales con pertinencia cultural.<\/li>\n<li>Desarrollo de un mapa de actores sociales, culturales, econ\u00f3micos y pol\u00edticos de la CVK.<\/li>\n<li>Producci\u00f3n de un video y spots radiales en idiomas kaqchikel y espa\u00f1ol sobre el potencial hidrol\u00f3gico en la CVK.<\/li>\n<li>Formulaci\u00f3n de un Programa de Incentivos
