Climate Change

We seek the effective participation of Indigenous Peoples in climate negotiations.

Our organization promotes sustainable solutions to address the climate crisis, which disproportionately affects Indigenous Peoples and Territories.

At the international level, thanks to our strategic alliances and our participation in the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, we promote and make visible the proposals of the Indigenous Peoples of Guatemala, Latin America and the world.

At the national level, we influence the processes of formulation and implementation of climate policies through the National Roundtable on Climate Change of Guatemala and the Indigenous Roundtable on Climate Change of Guatemala.
