ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT:

• Capacity building processes on climate change, REDD+, safeguards, consultation and rights of Indigenous Peoples
• Development of studies and research on:
  
  • Indigenous safeguards
  • Consultation route for Indigenous Peoples
  • Indicators of forest conservation by Indigenous Peoples
• Experiences of REDD+ implementers
• Communication channels for the National Safeguards Committee
• Specific Working Commission on Safeguards of the Climate Change Law
• Advice on Indigenous Peoples, rights and traditional knowledge
• Management and advocacy at the governmental level in policy platforms on environment, climate change, REDD+, CC COPs, safeguards and consultation
• Administrative and technical strengthening at the institutional level
